DESCRIPTION

A beautiful vase by Paolo Venini for Venini from the mid 1950's. The surface of the vase is "inciso" which in English means engraved or incised, this process is done by hand on a grinding wheel. This vase is approximately 6 1/2 inches tall, 5 1/4 inches in diameter at the top and 2 inches in diameter at the bottom. The bottom of the bottle is acid etched: Venini / Murano / Italia.

CONDITION

The vase is in very good vintage condition, there are no chips, cracks or discolorations on the vase, there are a few flea bite chips on the base, but barely noticable.The letter opener is in very good vintage condition. The opener has been cleaned and buffed. There is some light scratching throughout with three small deeper scratches on the front near the bottom. The opener is accompanied with the Tiffany & Company felt cover, which is in good condition with some fading to the insignia.

SHIPPING

The vase will be shipped via FEDERAL EXPRESS in the US and USPS outside the US, the box will be packed well with bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box, fully insured and the package will have to be signed upon delivery.
