DESCRIPTION

Pair of vintage chrome swivel armed wall lamps. The lamps were designed by George W. Hansen who invented the iconic swing armed, wall-mounted lamps in the 1940's for his company Hansen Lamps. The wall lamps were manufactured in Spain probably in the 1960's - 1970's. Hansen Lamps have been interior design industry standards since they were introduced. Hansen Lamps are seen in vintage interior magazines to todays interiors.

The wall lamps stands 45 inches tall from the top of the finial to the bottom of the cord cover, the arm extends 21 inches out from wall to the end of the switch and swings out to the side, arm closed, for 11 inches. The lamps have a three way switch and easily use LED single wattage bulbs as well. The lamps have been thoroughly cleaned, rewired with new plugs and has all it's original parts including the brass wall plates and the screws to affix the lamp to the wall plate. Ready to install in your interior.

The wall lamps are marked on the back with "Made In Spain".

CONDITION

The lamps are vintage and show signs of everyday use, there are scratches through out. There is some slight chrome loss on the edges of the back plates, one cord cover has about 1 1/2 chrome loss on the front bottom. However, really not noticable. The lamps have been cleaned through out. Both have new cords and plugs.

SHIPPING

The sconces will be shipped using bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts and a heavy card board box. Shipment via Federal Express ground, the item will be insured for it’s sale price and the item will have to be signed for upon delivery.
